PRACTICE

UNF Rugby Practice is held from 8:00 pm to 10:00pm, every Tuesday and Thursday @ Deadbird Land (Crossings Fields). It is located right next to the UNF Crossings Dorms off Betty Hozendorf Dr. Simply some cleats (preferably rugby or soccer), mouth-piece and water is all you need to bring to practice.

Be sure to get there early in order to cleat up and hydrate before we get started. At practice, we work on endurance, fundamentals and game-like situations as well as full contact scrimaging. Be sure to make it out to all practices in order to retain knowledge of the game and keep up fitness.
